City Livelihood Centre (CLC) is promoted by Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) and executed by Hari Telematics Pvt. Ltd (HTPL) under the DAY-NULM scheme of Govt. of India to promote the local products & services of women SHGs, startups, and entrepreneurs by connecting the producers to the consumers of Bhubaneswar and also all across through digital marketing & marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and others.
